2015 National Depression Screening Day Oct 8th, 2015“Everyone experiences stress, sadness and anxiety from time to time—it’s part of life.” –– SMH

Often it is easy to overlook problematic symptoms given our busy lives and we may even minimize, or disregard prolonged feelings of sadness or fatigue as unrelated to Depression.   This may be true for the feelings we notice in ourselves, or  this can be true for others we know such as family or friends.

It could be nothing at all, or it could be symptoms worthy of further investigation and screening.  Because of this, why not give yourself permission to take an anonymous screening and explore resources available to you in this year’s National Depression Screening October 8, 2015.
